How will the program be delivered?

Dream Body Coaching Hub

As soon as our team member contacts you with your login ID, you’ll have immediate access to our Dream Body Coaching Hub with all our training modules, workout videos, and video exercise library.  You’ll be able to view our live workout schedule and join a session with a personal trainer.

Once you have registered into our other programs, a team member will reach out to you within 24 hrs for your next steps.

How often are the live workouts with a personal trainer?

Dream Body Coaching Hub

You’ll have 2 online morning LIVE workouts at 6:00 AM and 8:15 AM Monday through Friday (more times may be added). Follow the posted replays to suit your schedule.

What type of workouts can I access?

Dream Body Coaching Hub

We have a range of workouts to keep your exercise week exciting and challenging.  Our workouts are designed daily with your body type in mind.  We’ll focus on a different muscle group each day, and change things up so that you aren’t doing the same workout on repeat. Get access to group fitness, strength and conditioning, yoga, and TRX yoga sessions!

The Workouts-On-Demand feature is only included in the Personalized Nutrition Coaching and 1:1 Ultimate Transformation programs.

How do I book an online class?

To book an online class, you must first be a member of the Dream Body Coaching Hub.  To become a member, sign up using this link: Dream Body Coaching Hub

What equipment do I need to do the online at-home sessions?

The sessions are designed for bodyweight exercises and no equipment is needed in the beginning. You can use your existing equipment or you can upgrade as you progress. 

Do you have in-person sessions?

At the moment, these sessions are only available online.

When can I see results?

Results vary depending on your body type, adherence to the program, and how you progress through our training. We’ll show you how to track your progress – physical and non-physical – so you have a clear picture of where you’re at!
